Is parking available?
Yes, public parking is available.
Each of our properties is located next to a municipal paid parking area.
You can also park on the street in the blue-line spaces. Please note that they are paid on weekdays from 8:00 am to 8:00pm, and free on public holidays and outside these hours.
We also have special agreements with garages and private parking facilities, which you can book directly on our website when making your reservation, or by phone if you decide closer to your arrival date.
Our Cherubini 13 property offers on-site paid garage parking, available by reservation at the time of booking.
Can I bring my dog to the property?
Yes, of course. We welcome pets with a small additional fee for the final cleaning.
Please remember to let us know when you make your reservation.
How can I reach the property using public transportation?
Each of our properties is located close to a stop on tram lines T1 and T2.
You can easily reach us from the airport and the train station in a short time. Tickets can be purchased at any stop or directly on board using a credit or debit card.
Some of our properties are also within walking distance of the train station, making them very convenient for short stays.
We are also a short walk from the long-distance bus station.
Soggiorno La Coccinella and Romito 38 are also close to FlixBus stops.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept:

- bank transfer in advance
- cash at check in. For this option a credit card as guarantee is requested at reservation.
Are there any additional fees?
Yes, at check in you will pay the city tax, € 6 per person per night (due up of 12 years old guest).

What is the cancellation policy?
Standard rate can be cancelled free of charge till 3 days before check in.
Not refundable rate has to be paid at reservation moment, no change, no refund.

What should I do upon departure?
Please turn off the air conditioning and leave the keys.
If you need to store your luggage, no problem—you can leave it at any time. Just remember to leave the keys. You can return later using your access codes.
Are the accommodations equipped with bed linen and towels?
Yes, we provide both bed linen and towels.
In apartments with a kitchen, you will also find dish towels and tablecloths.
We use a certified industrial laundry that guarantees sanitization and maximum safety.
Are cleaning services provided during the stay?
Bed & Breakfast: cleaning is provided daily.
Guesthouses: cleaning is provided daily.
Apartments: cleaning is provided upon departure.
Need extra cleaning? It is available on request for an additional fee.
Is tap water safe to drink?
Yes, of course. The tap water in Florence is safe and good to drink.
All our properties undergo regular legal checks and are fully certified.
How do air conditioning and heating work?
Air Conditioning:
Each room/apartment has a remote control so you can manage the power and temperature independently.
Please remember to turn off the air conditioning when you leave. Your room/apartment will reach the desired temperature within 2 minutes upon your return.
Heating:
We manage the heating and temperature to ensure your room/apartment is warm upon arrival.
You can always adjust the temperature with the remote after you arrive.
Can I make a reservation for a group of multiple rooms?
Yes, of course. You can do this directly by mentioning the group in the notes.
